Can you believe school is starting in just a few short weeks?!?! It sure went by quickly and my kids would most definitely agree.
There is something so relaxing about having no morning routine, no bus stop, no carpool, no homework, and just fun in the sun, popsicles, flying by the seat of our pants. This summer has been filled with trips, playdates, pool fun, and did I mention pool fun?! Haha!
On the flip side, having a back to school routine is always nice because everyone stays busy, chores and errands get accomplished without distraction, and by the end of the day, we always have fun stories to share within the family about our days! Plus, back to school means the Holiday season is coming, which of course is a win!
I have gathered my family’s favorite casserole recipes and put them in one convenient spot. I don’t know about you, but when school is in session, my days seem too short and I sometimes run out of time to prepare a nice family dinner. These casseroles take little to no time to prep, are budget friendly, kid approved, and most of them make enough for plenty of leftovers! Yea!!

On Your Chicken & Stuffing Casserole recipe did you cut up the chicken breast or leave them whole? Also did you dilute the can of Cream of Chicken soup with water or not?
Kristin
Hi, I dice the chicken before adding it into the casserole to be cooked!
As for diluting the soup, nope, I don’t add water, just add the canned soup and you are set! Enjoy!
