Sriracha Avocado Toast

Sriracha Avocado Toast is a creamy, satisfying breakfast, snack, or anytime option packed with flavor! Add in a little sriracha to give it a little kick of heat!

A few years bac, avocado toast made its debut and EVERYONE was serving up their varieties. Adding things on it such as bacon, hard boiled eggs, seasonings, veggies, and more! Personally, I never really jumped on the craze because I am not a breakfast fan.

Fast forward to about one month ago and I tried my first slice of avocado toast. My husband made it for his breakfast and the extra piece…I claimed, haha!

First round was kept simple. Just a slice of toast, mashed avocado, and a little sprinkle of Everything But The Bagel Seasoning.

One bite in, I was hooked! Quite flavorful, satisfying, and I wasn’t hungry all morning!

Second round, we stepped it up a notch and added on some sliced hard boiled eggs. Quite tasty, a favorite with my husband!

However, third round was the game changer. We added in some Sriracha Sauce and crumbled Feta cheese! Talk about flavor overload! Yum!

Speaking of the Sriracha Sauce, we actually got the idea from Silver Spring Foods! A few weeks ago, they reached out and asked if I would be interested in trying a few of their sauces. Of course, I am always open to trying new things, so I agreed!

Several sauces arrived last week (stay tuned for more recipes coming) and included in the box was their Sriracha Sauce. They included a few recipe ideas for inspiration and one was this avocado toast!

Not only can you use their sauce in this recipe, but we have also started adding it to our burgers and let me tell you….its INCREDIBLE! Slight addition of heat with flavor!

Sriracha Avocado Toast

Equipment

  • Everything But the Bagel Seasoning
  • Sriracha Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 slices toast *bread of choice
  • 1 avocado, mashed
  • 2 tbsp Sriracha sauce
  • 1 tsp Everything but the Bagel Seasoning
  • 1 tbsp Feta cheese, crumbled

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, mash the avocado using two forks.
  • Add in the Sriracha sauce.
  • Spread mixture evenly onto two slices of toast.
  • Sprinkle Everything But the Bagel Seasoning and Feta evenly on top.
  • Serve and enjoy!
