- 4 slices Colby Jack cheese

- 1 tablespoon Everything but the Bagel Seasoning optional

- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper

- In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until fully combined.
