ranch dipped pork chops covered in a bread crumb mixture and baked

Are you a pork chop fan? To me, pork chops are one of those things I love on occasion, but tend to forget all about them! As I am browsing my grocery store, I find that I walk right past them on my way to grab some chicken or beef.

Occasionally however, I will notice a sale for pork chops and happily grab a package or two for the freezer!

Each time I serve pork chops, my family and I go crazy over them and I wonder why I don’t make them more often. I could say I will get better about it, but chances are, I will continue forgetting and being surprised each time I make them, haha!

Growing up, my mom would make Shake ‘n Bake Pork Chops for the family! Have you had those? Its a boxed mix you buy. You simply toss the mix and pork chops into a bag and shake it around. The mixture coats the pork chop entirely and then you bake until cooked through. The end result is a crispy, flavorful pork chop that is healthier than a fried version. It was a favorite whenever my mom made it!

Fast forward to me being a mom and having three kids of my own. Although I haven’t made Shake ‘n Bake pork chops for my family, this recipe is pretty darn close!

Crunchy, flavorful coating on the outside. Moist, tender, and juicy on the inside!

When you have those busy nights where dinner needs to be quick and simple, yet you don’t want to make a casserole, give these pork chops a try! Even my kids enjoy their plates, so I can say these have been family approved!

Wondering what to serve these with? How about one or two of these great options:

    The BEST Mac and Cheese

    Garlic Parmesan Spaghetti

    Easy BBQ Baked Beans

Ingredients Needed for these pork chops:

    1 bottle of Ranch Dressing
4-6 pork chops (I used boneless, any kind works)
1 small packet dry Italian seasoning mix
    2 tablespoon grated Parmesan Cheese
    1 tablespoon garlic powder
2-3 cups Dry Italian bread crumbs

tender pork cooked with a crunchy coating

Ranch Coated Pork Chops have a crispy coating and juicy center! A family favorite recipe, be sure to print this below and give it a try!
