Last week, while my family was still visiting my parents for the long holiday, my mom whipped up this easy parmesan baked pork chops recipe for dinner and had us all ranting and raving! Seriously, my dad even went back up for seconds-and that is always the mark of a knockout dinner!

As I was watching my mom prepare these (this Cookin' Chick had the night off, he he), I realized what a quick and easy recipe this is. With a few ingredients already on hand, she had these parmesan baked pork chops ready for the oven in no time. Even my kids loved these-and that’s big too because they really are not fans of pork chops.

They were tender, with a crunchy outer coating, flavorful, and overall, a winner! I will definitely be making these in my house; it’s certainly a new family favorite. So, thanks mom for the best pork chop recipe! These are a must try!

Parmesan Baked Pork Chops With Vegetables

Ingredients Needed for Parmesan Baked Pork Chops:

6 boneless pork chops (enough for about 6 pork chops)

    1 tbsp. olive oil

    1 cup parmesan cheese, grated

    1 cup Italian bread crumbs

    1 teaspoon black pepper

    1 teaspoon garlic powder

    Baking Directions:

    1. In a separate shallow bowl, combine the parmesan cheese, regular bread crumbs, black pepper, and garlic powder to create your crispy parmesan crust mixture.
    2. Now take your pork chops and rub olive oil on both sides of each chop
    3. Place each pork chop into the breadcrumb mixture and coat both sides thoroughly.
    4. Line a cookie sheet with aluminum foil or tin foil and spray with cooking spray. This is the best way to ensure these flavorful pork chops don’t stick to the pan!
    5. Place pork chops in a single layer on a lined baking pan.
    6. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees, then once ready place the pork chop pan on the baking rack, and cook for about 45-60 minutes depending on the thickness of the meat. The thinner the pork chop, the less time you’d need to cook. Just keep an eye on that perfect golden brown color.
    7. Lastly, serve and enjoy the delicious flavor of these juicy pork chops!

Your whole family is sure to enjoy these parmesan pork chops! A great way to round it out is to pair it with mashed potatoes and your favorite veggie dish for a great weeknight dinner idea. So, what do you think about this parmesan pork chop recipe? What’s your favorite way to cook pork chops? What is another favorite, easy dinner recipe you enjoy?
