My family loves a tasty bread item with their dinner! However, I get burned out on having the same rolls/breadsticks each meal, so I love to change it up!

Since we are huge fans of monkey bread, I decided to make this garlic version to go with our dinner!

Fluffy biscuit pieces coated in melted butter, garlic, and Parmesan! Easy to make using only a few ingredients!

Each person had their own muffin cup and the bread pieces pulled apart into bite sized pieces that were packed with flavor!

Each recipe makes about 16 mini breads!

Ingredients Needed for Mini Garlic Monkey Bread:

    Buttermilk biscuits

    Butter, melted

    Garlic cloves, minced

    Dried Parsley

    Parmesan cheese (the green can)

Directions for making Mini Garlic Monkey Bread:

Cut each biscuit piece into quarters, set aside.

Combine the butter, garlic, and Parsley.

In a large Ziploc bag, place biscuit pieces inside.

Pour butter mixture in, as well as the Parmesan cheese. Close bag.

Shake bag until each piece is thoroughly covered in mixture.

Grease or line a muffin tray.

Place about 4 pieces of dough in each muffin cup.

Sprinkle additional Parmesan cheese on each muffin cup.

Place in a preheated oven, 400, and bake for about 14-15 minutes.

Remove from oven and allow to cool for a few minutes before serving!

Can I make this using homemade biscuits?

Absolutely! If you have more time and don’t want to use pre-made biscuits, THIS homemade recipe is the perfect alternative!

What could I serve Mini Garlic Monkey Bread with?

I am a huge bread fan and could eat it for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. However, this monkey bread pairs perfectly with any main dish such as:

    Ultimate Potato Soup

    The BEST Chicken Noodle Soup

    Mom’s Chicken Pot Pie Soup
