Instructions
Cut each biscuit dough piece into quarters and set aside.
Combine the melted butter, minced garlic, and parsley in a bowl to create a garlic butter mixture.
Place the biscuit pieces in a large zip-top bag. Pour in the garlic butter mixture and Parmesan cheese, then seal and shake until evenly coated.
Grease or line a muffin pan and place about 4 pieces of dough into each cup. Sprinkle with additional Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 400°F for 14-15 minutes, or until golden brown and the garlic butter is bubbling.
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
