If you can’t tell by now, my hubby and I are having a blast this Holiday season trying new drinks. Everything from Caramel Apple Cocktails to Eggnog Mudslides…..even a tasty Peppermint Milkshake!!

This past weekend, we were at our local liquor store stocking up on some essentials, you know, Bailey’s and Kahlua, hehe, when we found Peppermint Smirnoff. Say what?!? Yes!! Not only is the bottle too cute (I forgot to snap a pic so just trust me on it), but Peppermint anything is a must try for me! Nothing says the Holidays like Peppermint, right?!?

We picked up a bottle as well as some Bailey’s and proceeded to head home. On our way home, I started thinking how tasty it would be if we combined the two drinks together into one fabulous concoction. My hubby jumped on board the idea and once home, we grabbed our cocktail shaker and proceeded to try it!

End result? FABULOUS! The perfect amount of peppermint, Bailey’s, and of course, a drizzle of chocolate sauce. We have now made the drink a few times and each time, its a hit!

This Christmas season, celebrate by trying this Martini! Or, ring in the new year with it!

However you choose to enjoy it, be responsible, and perhaps enjoy with friends and family!

    Merry Christmas!
