- Change up the Oreos – try flavors like peanut butter, mint, birthday cake, or red velvet
- Add a chocolate topping – drizzle with chocolate ganache for an extra rich finish
- Serve as a dessert – top with ice cream or whipped cream for a brownie cup sundae

How To Make Slutty Brownie Cups

Step 1. Line a muffin tray with liners. Press about 1 tablespoon of cookie dough into the bottom of each muffin cup, making sure the entire bottom is evenly coated.

Step 2. Place one Oreo on top of the cookie dough in each muffin cup.

Step 4. Bake in a preheated oven for 18-20 minutes, until the tops are set and slightly crackly. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
Baking Tips
- Grease liners if needed – lightly spray paper liners so the brownie cups release easily.
- Try homemade options – swap in your favorite cookie dough or brownie recipe, like my Secret Ingredient Chocolate Chip Cookies or Cast Iron Skillet Brownies.
- Use any Oreo flavor – Double Stuff is extra creamy, but any variety works.
- Let them cool – allow brownie cups to cool for about 10-15 minutes so they set and hold their shape.
- Use pre-portioned dough – take-and-bake cookie dough makes this recipe even quicker.
- Don't overbake – slightly soft centers keep the layers gooey and rich.
Storage
For best texture, let refrigerated or frozen brownie cups come to room temperature before serving.
- Room Temperature: Store brownie cups in an airtight container for up to 3 days
- Refrigerator: Store for up to 5 days for longer freshness
- Freezer: Freeze for up to 3 months in a freezer-safe container; thaw at room temperature before serving

mary grazioso says
when should the ganache be added? how long will it last before serving
Kristin says
There isn’t a ganache in this recipe! They will last 5 days in an airtight container, I wouldn’t make them any earlier than 1-2 days in advance to enjoy full freshness!
Deb says
Has anyone tried in mini muffin with mini Oreo? If so how long did you bake?
Kristin says
That should work great! I would lower the baking time by about 10 minutes and watch from there! It will bake faster, however, not significantly due to the thickness still. Enjoy!
Dawne says
You say to use paper liners but from your pictures I see you did not.
Kristin says
I use silicone liners as I rarely have paper liners on hand. Any type works, or simply greasing the muffin pan with spray thoroughly. Hope you enjoy!
Anne says
And while they’re still warm, top with a scoop of vanilla ice cream!
Kristin says
For sure!! YUM!!
