How are you all doing with the quarantine lately?? Kids home from school? Well, in my case, I have all three kids home AND my husband due to his company asking employees to work from home. It makes “working from home” a bit tough for both him and I, but we’ll make it work! I hope you are all staying healthy and safe!
To get through the chaos, this RumChata Iced Coffee is just what we all need, right?! Haha, not quite, but it certainly doesn’t hurt to enjoy one here and there! Plus, you can make it in the comfort of your own home to beat going out!
I typically have a cup of coffee each morning, and lately…I have needed a booster cup in the afternoon! With my hubby home, I decided to spike ours the other day and try to play around with combinations. Not only was this creamy and quite tasty, but I had them both ready to enjoy in less than five minutes.
If you know you’re an iced coffee fan, start making an extra cup (or more) in the mornings and putting it in the refrigerator. Then, you never need to brew a cup and wait for it to cool off. Win win, right?!
I added some whipped cream and a dash of cinnamon to ours, but you can also keep things simple and keep it to the RumChata and coffee only.
Stay healthy and safe during this time and hope you enjoy this RumChata Iced Coffee! Also try this warm version, https://thecookinchicks.com/simple-rumchata-hot-chocolate/
