This decadent dessert drink is perfect for those of you who love Irish Coffee. A frozen boozy drink that is sure to please anyone! Creamy, cold, refreshing, and a definite must try!

I don’t know about you, but I am a huge Starbucks fan. Yes, overpriced, but oh so tasty! In the colder months, I stick to ordering their white chocolate mocha, but in the hot weather, Frappuccino’s are my favorite!

Rather than pay over $4 for a drink, I decided to try making my own version at home. Plus, mine has Bailey’s in it, which theirs doesn’t, so mine wins, haha!

I simply brewed some extra coffee in the morning to set aside and chill, tossed some simple ingredients into the blender that afternoon, and this drink was ready to go. I happened to have some whipped cream and sprinkles on hand, so it made it even more similar to the real deal.

One sip in, my hubby said it was his new favorite version and he would be willing to give up our Starbuck’s runs. Say what??! Wow, quite the compliment, huh?

As the weather starts warming up and you’re in need of a refreshing drink, look no further! Not only do you get a boost of coffee, but also a splash of Bailey’s. It makes for a great afternoon pick me up, or evening sweet treat!

Stock the minimal ingredients needed in your house and you’ll be set for whenever the craving hits!

Enjoy and be sure to let me know what you think if you try it!

Here’s a tweet for more icy ones without diluting it, freeze some of the coffee into cubes and use, works like a charm!

Not good ratio, came out super foamy after bending and no icy/fappachino consistency at all. Great base but will have to tweak to get it thicker.

Unlike you, I HATE Starbucks coffee-wouldn’t walk across the street for one if they were giving them away for free. That said, your recipe does sound good and I think I will have to give this a try. Thanks for sharing!

Yeah, I was an AVID fan for the longest time, but boy their prices have sky rocketed. I find myself making coffee drinks at home or going to the local shops instead these days! Enjoy!!
