Classic Monkey Bread is a sweet pull apart bread baked in a Bundt pan! Cinnamon Sugar Glaze drizzled over pre-made, cut biscuits is a combination that makes a scrumptious breakfast, snack, or sweet treat!

tender biscuit pieces coated in cinnamon and sugar

Growing up, anytime my mom would prepare this for breakfast, both my brother and I were stoked! The combination of cinnamon and sugar, combined with butter…. made a glaze that was mouthwatering. Once it started baking, the whole house would smell of cinnamon/sugar and we’d immediately know what was coming! It wasn’t made often, but when it was, we most certainly enjoyed it!

Monkey Bread is made with biscuits that have been quartered and rolled in cinnamon and sugar. Baked to perfection in a Bundt pan and inverted on a plate, the warm gooey brown sugar and butter coat the top and sides of the biscuit pieces!

Using premade biscuit dough, this comes together in less than 5 minutes!

Toss the pieces into a prepared Bundt pan, place in the oven, and a bit later…. you have a breakfast option that is sure to impress!

You can even serve as a sweet treat or snack later in the day! Plus, leftovers reheat perfectly and are just as tasty!

    7. Place pan in preheated oven, 350 degrees, and allow to bake for 40 minutes.
    8. Remove from oven and quickly turn over onto a flat plate or serving tray.
    9. Serve and enjoy!

Tips for this Quick and Easy Monkey Bread:

Use a large Ziploc bag to shake the biscuit pieces in the cinnamon/sugar mixture! This helps fully coat them!

If monkey bread is turning too brown in oven, but it isn’t fully cooked, simply tent a piece of aluminum foil on top to continue baking.

If you don’t have access to pre-made biscuit dough, use this homemade recipe Flaky Buttermilk Biscuits!

To make this in a loaf pan, you can! Simply use 2 loaf pans for this recipe!

You can even add in chopped walnuts, diced apple pieces, or raisins! Check out my Apple Cinnamon Monkey Bread and Monkey Bread Muffins too!
