Growing up, my mom always placed a big importance on family dinners. Every night, she would prepare a homemade meal along with tasty a dessert.

My family would all gather around the table and share stories from our days.

At the time, I didn’t think anything of it because to me, that was normal, but now, looking back on it as I have a family of my own, I too love to have family dinners and have passed down the tradition and value of it! What traditions does your family have?

In my house, pasta is ALWAYS a hit! Having three kids, I like quick and simple meals that everyone will happily eat up! Pasta seems to always be a hit, so typically, at least one dinner per week is pasta based!

If you browse your grocery store, you’ll likely find several spaghetti sauce options. Whichever one is your favorite, works great in this recipe! Do you like one that has lots of garlic and herbs, do you prefer a spicy tomato one, or do you make homemade sauce? My favorite is a garlic variety as we are huge garlic lovers in my house!

Oh yummy! I have to say all of the Ragu Homestyle sauces are tasty but I think the Thick and Hearty Roasted Garlic variety is my absolute favorite- so much flavor! I love that your recipe uses the crockpot- no heating up the house during the summer!

I’ve never tried making it in the crockpot. Do you have to pre cook the sausage?? I’d love to make this.
