What a name huh?? This recipe is definitely not diet friendly but come on, you only live once and a splurge is okay right?? These bars came out amazing. Of course, we had to cut small pieces because they are full of yummy layers, but wow, these are awesome!!
Since its Friday, I say, run to the store, grab these yummy ingredients, and try these brownie bars out for yourself. You’ll love them I promise, and if you don’t, feel free to send me your leftovers, he-he!!!

1 cup unsalted butter, room temp
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 tbsp vanilla extract
2 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
2 cups chocolate chips
1 package brownie mix (I used Ghiradelli)
1 package Oreos (I used double stuff since that is what we had, you could use any kind, maybe peanut butter?? Yum)
In medium bowl, mix together butter and sugars until fluffy. Add in eggs and vanilla, mixing well. Slowly add in flour, baking soda, and salt. Once combined, fold in chocolate chips. Set bowl aside.
In a different bowl, prepare brownie mix according to directions.
Preheat oven to 350 and line a 9×13 baking dish with parchment paper or tin foil. Press cookie dough into an even layer on bottom of baking dish. Next, place Oreos in a single layer over cookie dough. Pour brownie mix on top of Oreos. Bake in oven around 40-50 minutes. Make sure you bake it long enough as the middle can sometimes be under-baked *Mine stayed in for about 50 minutes as I would rather cut the edges off due to being over-baked hehe!
Once baked, allow to cool for a few minutes. Remove brownies from dish and cut to desired size.
