These Roast Beef and Spicy Mayo Sandwiches are packed with flavor and ready to devour in no time! Perfect for lunch, dinner, or a quick snack option!

layers of thinly sliced roast beef topped with a spicy mayo sauce and served on a sandwich bun

Since my hubby and I both LOVE a good deli sandwich, we love coming up with new varieties to enjoy as a quick meal option.

Last week, our deli was having a sale on their sliced roast beef, so I picked some up.

We had some onion rolls, fresh cheese, etc. on hand, so we put this sandwich together.

This roast beef sandwich, made with either leftover roast beef or beef from the deli, is delicious and has a heated sauce that makes a mouth-watering addition!

Not only was it packed with flavor, but it took only a few minutes to make. Our kids enjoyed it without the sauce, since they don’t like anything with spice to it.

Whether you make this for a lunch, dinner, or even a midnight snack, you will love this too!!

Ingredients needed for these Roast Beef and Spicy Mayo Sandwiches:

1 lb deli roast beef, sliced thin

½ lb Muenster cheese, sliced (if you prefer a different type of cheese, feel free to substitute)

    Jalapeno slices

    ¼ cup mayonnaise

    1 teaspoon garlic powder

    2 teaspoon hot sauce

    Onion Rolls

    How to prepare:

In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, garlic powder, and hot sauce.

Cut onion rolls in half to create two sandwich sides.

Spread mayo mixture on one side of the roll.

Place a few slices of roast beef on other side of roll, followed by a slice of cheese.

Place some jalapeno slices on top of cheese and cover with top part of roll to create a sandwich. Serve!

Tips for making the best roast beef sandwich:

Make sure the roast beef is sliced thin. You can pile the meat on high, but the thinner the slice, the better!

Don’t like a lot of heat? Omit the jalapenos and scale down the hot sauce.

If you love onions, add on some caramelized onions for extra flavor.

Change up the cheese to your favorite! Swiss is a great option, even pepper jack is great!

Want to add some veggies? Add some tomato slices, lettuce, avocado, and/or cucumbers!

Roast Beef and Spicy Mayo Sandwiches come together in no time and are a quick meal option perfect for any day of the week! Print the recipe below and be sure to give them a try!
