tender biscuit pieces combined with seasonings to create a monkey bread pizza

A few days ago, I had one of those crazy busy days, where the last thing on your mind is dinner. It was 4pm, I was getting my son off the bus, and realized, I had no plans for dinner.

I looked through my fridge and found the ingredients to make this and whipped it up in no time!!

The kids love it since they are big pizza fans, like my garlic toast pizzas, and I love it because of how simple it is!

Whether you make it for a snack, lunch, dinner, or an appetizer for a party, this is sure to be a hit!! You can even change this Pull Apart Pizza Bread to fit your desires by adding your favorite pizza toppings!!

Pull Apart Pizza Bread using refrigerated biscuits is so simple to make, and a hit for snack or quick meal options! Add pepperoni or just cheese and enjoy!

My kids love to enjoy this with a small cup of marinara sauce on the side. With each bite they take, they dip their pieces into the sauce and have a sauced, pizza bite that is packed with flavor! You can have fun with the toppings and use cooked sausage, green peppers, onions, BBQ, pineapple, and more!

Well, that was a disappointment. Took an hour to cook and it was still doughy in places. Too much dough and other enough anything else. I could have made a skillet pizza in less time. That recipe goes into the recycle box.

That’s a bummer to hear! I just made this last week with no problems. Did you use everything listed and in the same pan? I wonder what happened! Sorry it was a fail!

As long as its cooked, yep, you can definitely use Italian sausage, ham, pepperoni, or just about any meat desired!

Looks yummy, I will definitely try this recipe. Do you think adding a little of the marinara sauce to the biscuits before baking would make it moist.

That definitely would be a great addition! Just don’t add too much otherwise it’ll be mushy biscuits!

Typically when I make this, I serve a salad of some sort with it. I count it as our “healthy” side to our “not so healthy” dinner, haha!! Fresh fruit could go with it too!!

The recipe says to serve with spaghetti sauce-the pictures look like the biscuits have sauce in the pan before baking! Any way, it looks good.

Nope, we just served our sauce on the side! You are probably seeing the toasted cheese and pepperoni resemble the color of sauce 🙂

What are biscuit cans? Where do you buy them in Australia? Can you use something else instead of the biscuit cans? TIA

Biscuits here in the U.S come in a can typically from a brand called Pilsbury. In the past, I believe people have used scone mix in place of the biscuits. You can try that if you have that available. We are workijg on a homemade recipe for biscuits for those who prefer to make it from scratch rather than canned 🙂
