Everyone loves a good boozy drink, and this Barbie Pink Cocktail is just that! Only 3 ingredients needed and the end result is a pink cocktail that is perfect for those summer days ahead!
As I have mentioned before, both my hubby and I love trying new cocktails. Sometimes we find pins on Pinterest, sometimes we browse cocktail books, and other times, we just play around with combinations.
Last week, we celebrated my hubby’s birthday! On his birthday evening, he whipped himself up a Jack and coke. Typically, I would be one to join him and have one, but I was in the mood for something new. I had planned on making my favorite John Daly cocktail, but after a bit of trial and error, this Barbie Pink cocktail came about.
Using Sprite, Pink Lemonade, and Vodka, this came together in under a minute! It was a fruity, flavorful drink that was the perfect beverage to sip on as dinner cooked.
If serving at a party or get together, you can add a wedge of fruit to the side!
The idea of this drink came from a recipe called the Pink Panties. I wasn’t fond of the name (don’t you agree, haha), so we tweaked it a bit and of course, changed the name!
As the warm summer weather quickly approaches, this drink is the perfect cocktail to enjoy! Whether sipping by the pool, at a party, get together, or simply at home relaxing….you’ll love how quickly this drink comes together!
