Fall is almost here, the air is starting to get crisp, and apple season is just about in full swing! 🍂 I love baking Applesauce Coffee Cake, Apple Cinnamon Crumb Cake, and Pumpkin Cream Cheese Bread– the house fills with cinnamon and sugar, and my kids and I can't resist sneaking a slice. These Apple Cheesecake Bars are another favorite, combining creamy cheesecake with spiced apples for the perfect cozy fall dessert.

    Apple Cheesecake Bars FAQs

How can I make these easy Apple Cheesecake Bars even more flavorful?

Add extra spices like nutmeg, cloves, or pumpkin pie spice for a cozy fall flavor.

How do I keep the apples from browning in these Apple Cheesecake Bars?

The streusel topping covers the apples, so they won't brown as quickly as uncovered fruit.

Can I freeze Apple Cream Cheese Bars?

Yes! Once cooled and chilled, wrap tightly and freeze for up to 3 months. Slice before freezing for grab-and-go bars.
