Sausage Meatballs

June 11, 2012 by Kristin Leave a Comment

So, this recipe was originally intended for appetizer type meatball, I decided to throw it into spaghetti and it was a hit! My kids love these and ask for more! So, whether you need an appetizer or main dish, these can be used in either!!

Ingredients:

1 lb Owens sausage (I used mild, using hot would add a yummy kick)
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1 8oz package cream cheese, softened
1 1/4 cup bisquick

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400. In large bowl, mix all the ingredients until everything is combined. Roll out golf ball sized balls and place on foil lined baking sheet (also spray with Pam).
Bake about 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.

Should yield about 25 meatballs!!
