My neighbor posted this recipe on her Facebook wall a few days ago and it caught my eye. Not only do I LOVE banana muffins/bread, but the fact that there are only 5 ingredients in this recipe made me want to try it. It was so fast to whip up and a big hit with my 18 month old son and I. I definitely recommend this for anyone who needs a fast breakfast or snack : )

3/4 cup sugar (original recipe calls for 1 cup, I cut it down a bit)
1 tsp baking soda
2 cups flour
1/2 cup butter
Preheat oven to 350. Add all ingredients into a mixing bowl and mix until smooth and creamy. Line muffin tray with liners, or spray with Pam. Fill muffin cups up about 2/3 full. Bake in oven for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Enjoy!
