These Pumpkin Spice Mudslides are a fun twist on the classic Mudslides. Adding a Fall flavor, these are perfect for a crisp, Fall evening!

If you haven’t tried classic Mudslides, I highly recommend it. Basically, an adult milkshake! On my blog, I have a Frozen Mudslides, Eggnog Mudslides, and even Cupid’s Boozy Mudslides….perfect for Valentine’s Day. All are quite tasty, but this one is definitely my favorite for the Fall.

Using only 4 ingredients, you may already have everything you need on hand! Perhaps serve this on Thanksgiving for guests as they wait for the turkey to be ready? Or maybe as an after dinner drink? Its quick, flavorful, and a fun twist to change things up. Heck, maybe even skip the pie and serve these instead?? Okay, I know, that was a crazy idea! Pie AND these! Haha!

My husband and I love to host Thanksgiving each year. My husband smokes a turkey, we have loaded mashed potatoes, green bean casserole, and my mom brings her famous Thanksgiving Jello. Its a tasty meal that we LOVE hosting with family. However, my husband and I recently bought a new house and are closing on it the week of Thanksgiving. 2 days prior! Crazy, right?! Well, luckily, my sister in law and brother offered to host an early Thanksgiving, so we get to continue our unpacking instead of hosting and unpacking at the same time!

Since we aren’t able to make all the dishes we typically do for the Holiday due to moving, I have been trying to experiment with some new Fall recipes that are quick and easy. What better recipe for the season than a drink, right? I had this prepared and ready to enjoy in under 5 minutes and with the Pumpkin Spice sprinkled on top, it was quite festive!

You can also use Pumpkin Spice Bailey’s in this as I have seen it sold in liquor stores and it looks delicious! I didn’t have that on hand and wanted to keep things simple, so I stuck with original Bailey’s. Another change you can try is using caramel vodka. It really enhances the flavor, however, to keep it simple, regular vodka works great too. Lots of options you can do to truly make this your own!

Hope you enjoy these Pumpkin Spice Mudslides, but please drink responsibly!

A mudslide is not made with vodka. The 3rd ingredient is grandShe marnier

Typically, the 3 ingredients in a mudslide are vodka, coffee liqueur, and Irish cream…..however, I am all for trying new varieties đŸ™‚
