Anytime I can add a simple, yet flavorful, easy side dish to my dinner plans, it’s a winner to me. These easy ranch potatoes are incredibly quick to throw together, kid-approved (yep, all 3 kiddos), and best of all, you can make as little or as many as you want depending on servings needed. and makes for about six servings, so adjust accordingly.

The garlic and ranch combined create a perfect pair and the potatoes themselves get tender, yet crispy on the outside. Who doesn’t like crispy potatoes? You may just never roast potatoes any other way!

    Garlic Ranch Potatoes Ingredients

    • Baby potatoes: (baby red potatoes work great but you can also use yukon gold, russet potatoes, or others)
    • Olive oil: Vegetable oil will work too but olive oil is somewhat healthier
    • Garlic cloves: You’re going to want to mince your garlic so it’s small enough to spread out in the mix
    • Dry ranch dressing mix: This seasoning mix is what brings this ranch potatoes recipe to life—packing it full of flavor and leaving it hard to forget!
    • Salt/Pepper to taste: Add as much or as little as you’d like
    • Parsley: For garnish

*See exact measurements in the recipe card down below!

    3. Brush the oil mixture on top of the potatoes evenly.
    4. Sprinkle ranch seasoning mix, salt, and pepper over potatoes.
    5. Bake in a preheated oven, 400, for about 25-35 minutes, or until tender.
    6. Remove sheet from oven and sprinkle parsley on top. Serve and enjoy!

    Alternative Ingredients

Not a fan of parsley? Try chopping up some green onions to garnish off the top of your potatoes. They add fun color and a subtle taste to complete this perfect side dish. You can also add on a dollop of sour cream or melted butter and then throw them on the top!

If you really wanna shake things up, you can always get creative and try adding garlic powder and parmesan cheese!

I would recommend cutting the potatoes in half, following directions as written above, and sticking in air fryer at 400 degrees for about 10 minutes. Flip over potatoes and cook an additional 5-10 minutes. Should work great!! Enjoy!
