Pull Apart Pizza Bread

A few days ago, I had one of those crazy busy days, where the last thing on your mind is dinner. It was 4pm, I was getting my son off the bus, and realized, I had no plans for dinner. I looked through my fridge and found the ingredients to make this and whipped it up in no time!! The kids love it since they are big pizza fans, and I love it because of how simple it is! Whether you make it for a snack, lunch, dinner, or at a party, this is sure to be a hit!! You can change it up to your desired pizza toppings!!

Ingredients:

2 cans biscuits (you should have 16 biscuits total)
1 package pepperoni (8 oz)
2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 tbsp Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/3 cup olive oil
Pizza Sauce/Marinara

Directions:

Cut biscuits into quarter sizes. *I use a pizza slicer as it makes things quite easy. In a bowl, combine the biscuits, pepperoni, mozzarella, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and olive oil. Toss until everything is combined and all the biscuit pieces are coated in the oil. Spray or grease a bundt pan. Pour biscuit mixture into the pan and bake in a preheated oven, 350, for about 30-35 minutes, or until it is cooked through. Remove from oven and flip over onto a plate. Serve with pizza sauce/marinara sauce if desired!!

What are biscuit cans? Where do you buy them in Australia? Can you use something else instead of the biscuit cans? TIA

Biscuits here in the U.S come in a can typically from a brand called Pilsbury. In the past, I believe people have used scone mix in place of the biscuits. You can try that if you have that available. We are workijg on a homemade recipe for biscuits for those who prefer to make it from scratch rather than canned 🙂

The recipe says to serve with spaghetti sauce-the pictures look like the biscuits have sauce in the pan before baking! Any way, it looks good.

Hi!! On the bottom of each recipe is a green button that says “print friendly”. If you click it, it leads to the printable version of each recipe!! Let us know if you can’t find it! Thanks!!

Typically when I make this, I serve a salad of some sort with it. I count it as our “healthy” side to our “not so healthy” dinner, haha!! Fresh fruit could go with it too!!
