This Smoked Crispy Chicken tastes like fried chicken, without actually needing to fry anything at all! Flavorful and a family favorite, dip it in your favorite sauce or enjoy it on its own!

One of my most favorite foods is chicken tenders. Even as a kid, ANY restaurant we went to, I always ordered the chicken tenders! In fact, I judged restaurants solely on their chicken tenders and if they weren’t good, I wouldn’t want to go back, haha!

Now, as I got older, I expanded my food favorites, but chicken tenders is definitely still on my top 5 favorite list!

The best part of chicken tenders is the crispy coating, tender chicken on the inside, and of course…the dips!

A few weeks back, my hubby offered to make dinner. Anytime that is offered, I quickly take him up on it!

Since I had the night off from cooking, I was eager to see what he was preparing! He had thawed out some chicken breasts, made a breading, and fired up the smoker!

I took the time I saved on not having to make dinner and chose to finish up chores around the house, but every so often, I peeked into the kitchen to see how things were going.

Once dinner was called, the kids and I made our way into the kitchen to find this Smoker Crispy Chicken ready to enjoy. He also made a batch of my favorite air fryer frozen French fries in the Air Fryer!

We all chose our favorite sauces and dug in! I chose my Southern Comeback sauce, the kids chose BBQ sauce, and let me tell you…these were amazing!

I had no idea you could mimic the fried flavor, without actually having to fry the chicken! Incredibly tasty, we put the leftover chicken into our air fryer the next day and it was just as good!

If you love chicken tenders, this Smoked Crispy Chicken is a must try! Serve with your favorite sauce and you have a dish everyone will love!
