3 Ingredient Pumpkin Spice Muffins Will Transform your holiday season!

Nothing says fall like pumpkin. In fact, there’s really nothing in my mind that can top of the combo of pumpkin and spices….I would probably eat these muffins all year if my family didn’t give me the look they are giving me now! I came across this recipe and decided to give it a try…..where have these been all my life?

These have to be just about the easiest, most flavorful muffins ever! Only 3 ingredients needed!! Not only did I have these ready for the oven in no time, but they were a huge hit with the entire family!

I’ll be honest….as a food blogger, sometimes there are misses. Luckily I don’t blog those, I wouldn’t subject my followers to something I wouldn’t enjoy! When I say these were a hit with my family though, they absolutely were gone in one sitting.

3 Ingredients needed for these pumpkin spice muffins!

We enjoyed these as a breakfast treat, but they are great for quick on the go snacks, after dinner treat, or even to freeze for a later date! The greatest part is how quick these come together….really only three ingredients and a few minutes in the oven and you’re set with a delicious, moist muffin that will have everybody asking for seconds!

Next time you are at the store, be sure to pick up the 3 ingredients needed and whip these up! You’ll love these moist, pumpkin filled Fall treats!!
