Everyone’s had the classic chocolate shake, but a peanut butter shake? If you are a peanut butter lover, then this Peanut Butter Cup Milkshake is a must-try. It’s sweet and a little salty, and the ultimate sweet treat!

ice-cream, peanut butter, and chocolate syrup combined to create a flavorful peanut butter cup milkshake

A few nights ago, my hubby and I were in the mood for some dessert. The weather was rather warm, so I knew I didn’t want to heat up the oven by baking.

I decided to use up some of the vanilla ice cream (since I am not a fan of plain vanilla), and make us a milkshake.

Give your chocolate milkshake a makeover with the addition of peanut butter. It’s creamy, rich and ready in 5 minutes – perfect for any day of the week!

This was the ultimate sweet treat and perfect for my chocolate peanut butter craving.

This recipe is enough to make two small glasses, which is exactly what we wanted!! Perfect for the summer heat!

Ingredients Needed for this Peanut Butter Cup Milkshake:

    Milk
    Vanilla Ice-Cream
    Peanut Butter
    Chocolate Syrup

    How to prepare:

    Place all ingredients into blender.

Place lid securely on top and blend on high for about 30-40 seconds, or until smooth and creamy.

    Serve in two glasses.

*You can add a dollop of whipped cream on top if desired!

Tips and Variations for the ULTIMATE Peanut Butter Cup Milkshake:

*Feel free to use chocolate ice-cream in place of the vanilla. This adds more of a rich, chocolate flavor!

*If you drizzle chocolate syrup into the bottom of the glass prior to filling with the ice-cream mixture, it adds a fun touch.

*Feel free to serve with whipped cream, sprinkles, and chopped peanut butter cups on top.

*If you add in a handful of pretzels, it will give this shake a salty/sweet variation.

*Love Oreos? Add a few into this prior to blending.

*For a hint of raspberry, add a spoonful of raspberry preserves or fresh raspberries. This gives the milkshake a refreshing addition!

Using only 4 ingredients, this Peanut Butter Cup Milkshake comes together in no time! Print or save the recipe below and be sure to give this a try!
