Take classic Chocolate pudding to a whole new level with this Boozy Rumchata Chocolate Pudding! Simple to prepare and satisfies any sweet tooth craving!

First off, HAPPY 2020!!! This is the first post I am writing in 2020 and I picked it because its INCREDIBLE!! It sets the bar quite high for the rest of the year, but I am up to the challenge!

Have your kids gone back to school yet? Mine haven’t, they still have another 5 days off…but who’s counting, right 🙂

A few days ago, my daughter asked if she could bake something. We went through the pantry, but it was running quite low on baking supplies due to all the Christmas baking I did. She ended up finding two boxes of instant pudding and settled on making a box for her brothers and her. That left one box still on the shelf in the pantry and I decided I needed to do a little experimenting. I decided to make boozy pudding for the adults, since the kids had their own.

Using a little RumChata, chocolate liqueur, and milk, this came together in no time and was incredible. The consistency was similar to mousse versus pudding, but if you cut the RumChata down more and use milk, you’ll get the pudding texture that some prefer.

I was able to make 6 mini glass trifle bowls with this recipe, which helped to help us identify which were adults and which were for the kids!

Top with some cool whip and sprinkles to dress it up, or keep things simple and serve as is! However you choose to serve it, you’ll love it!

Next time you’re looking for an easy sweet treat, whip this Boozy RumChata Chocolate Pudding up and all the adults will thank you!

    Enjoy!

Was good but very strong. I think I’ll cut the rum chat down next time.

Glad you enjoyed! Definitely cut back on the RumChata until your desired taste!

You can find this at any liquor store. It is also at Sam’s and Costco if you are a member there! It is 13.75% alcohol
