Yesterday was beautiful weather so my hubby and I decided to grill. I wanted to try something new, so I was browsing recipes and ideas online. I came across a variation of these green beans and tweaked them a bit to make them more flavorful. These were a definite hit!! Super easy, quick, and easy!!
Green beans (stems cut off)
1 tbsp olive oil
Garlic Powder (or minced garlic if you prefer)
Cut stems off raw green beans. Lay tin foil on a baking sheet and place green beans in a single layer. Drizzle olive oil over green beans and toss with hand to coat thoroughly. Once coated, sprinkle garlic powder or minced garlic along with salt/pepper over green beans until seasoned to desired taste. Preheat oven to 450* and bake green beans for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, turn the green beans over and cook another 10 minutes or so until slightly golden brown. Serve!
