Do you ever have a major sweet tooth craving, but nothing on hand to indulge yourself with? Well, that was my problem a few nights ago. I was CRAVING something sweet, but my kids had polished off my Secret Ingredient Chocolate Chip Cookies earlier in the day, leaving me empty handed.

Being house bound due to the quarantine right now, I didn’t really want to risk going to the store to get something. So….I turned to my hubby. He usually has lots of ideas, so I knew he could help. Sure enough, he immediately suggested milkshakes.

He found the carton of mint chocolate chip ice cream I may or may not have been hiding from the kids and decided to make a boozy version of a milkshake. I was all for that!!

He set out to work and in under five minutes, I was sipping on this milkshake and thoroughly enjoying myself! Small chocolate chunks throughout, creamy mint ice-cream, and of course….booze.

He used Bailey’s in this, but you could also use Kahlua if you prefer!

Simply toss the ingredients into your blender, splurge and drizzle some chocolate in your glass, and minutes later….pour the ice cream mixture into each glass!

We decided to really enhance this drink by making homemade whipped cream and adding a few scoops on top! Of course, you can choose to omit or even use store bought!

Next time you’re craving a sweet treat, give these Boozy Mint Chocolate Chip Milkshakes a try! You’ll be glad you did!!

I didn’t have chocolate chip mint ice cream, but I did have cookies and cream. So, I used it and it was so good.
