canola oil

cider vinegar

cilantro, chopped (feel free to omit if not a fan)

Instructions
In a small bowl, whisk together the oil, vineagar, cilantro, lime juice, salt, and pepper.
Add drained tomatoes (or fresh), hearts of palm, avocado, onion, and corn.
Stir gently to combine. Serve and enjoy!
