Tortellini Bake with Cream Cheese
Creamy, cheesy tortellini baked with ground beef, pasta sauce, and cream cheese for an easy family dinner.

cheese tortellini
fresh or frozen

ground beef

teaspoon
Italian seasoning

pasta sauce

cream cheese
softened

mozzarella cheese
shredded
½
cup
Parmesan cheese
shredded
Instructions
Cook Tortellini:
Cook according to package directions until just tender. Drain.
Brown Beef:
In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until no longer pink. Drain grease and stir in Italian seasoning.
Make Sauce:
Stir in pasta sauce and softened cream cheese until smooth.
Combine:
Add cooked tortellini and stir to coat.
Assemble:
Pour into a greased 9×13 baking dish. Top with mozzarella and Parmesan.
Bake:
Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes, until hot and bubbly. Broil 1–2 minutes for a golden top if desired.
Notes
Refrigerated tortellini can usually be added without boiling first.
Swap ground beef for Italian sausage or ground turkey.
Add spinach, mushrooms, or zucchini for extra veggies.
If using more tortellini or a deeper dish, add an extra ½ cup sauce to keep the bake from drying out.
To freeze: assemble, cover tightly, and freeze before baking up to 3 months.
