15ozchicken broth

Instructions
Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken and onion and cook until the onion is tender and the chicken is heated through.
Divide chicken between tortillas, sprinkle with cheese, roll each tortilla tightly, and place seam-side down in a greased 9×13 dish.
Melt the butter in a saucepan. Whisk in the flour and cook for about 2 minutes. Slowly whisk in the chicken broth and cook until the sauce thickens. Remove from the heat and stir in the sour cream and green chiles until smooth. Pour the sauce evenly over the enchiladas and sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
Bake for about 20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the enchiladas are hot and bubbly. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
