boneless skinless chicken breasts
diced
4
tablespoon
ranch seasoning
about two 1 oz packets

cup
butter
melted

red potatoes
cut into small chunks

fresh green beans
garlic powder, salt, pepper
to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cut the chicken and potatoes into evenly sized pieces. Arrange the potatoes on one side of a 9x13 baking dish or sheet pan.
Arrange the chicken in the center of the pan.
Arrange the green beans on the other side of the pan.
Sprinkle the ranch seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper evenly over the chicken, potatoes, and green beans.
Melt the butter and pour the butter mixture evenly over the entire pan.
Cover the pan with foil and bake for 1 hour, or until the potatoes are tender and the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees.
Remove from the oven and serve warm.
Notes
Fresh green beans work best, but frozen green beans can be used if needed.
Yukon gold or baby potatoes can be substituted for red potatoes.
Chicken thighs can be used instead of chicken breasts.
For crispier potatoes, uncover the pan during the last 10-15 minutes of baking.
Italian dressing mix can be used instead of ranch seasoning for a different flavor variation.
