Ingredients

chicken
*boneless/skinless, cooked and shredded
½
cup
Pesto sauce

cup
Mozzarella cheese
*shredded
½
teaspoon
garlic salt

teaspoon
Parsley

butter
*melted

tomato

Hawaiian rolls
Instructions
Cook and shred chicken. Set aside.
Cut Hawaiian rolls in half, placing bottom half of rolls into 9x13 pan.
In a medium bowl, combine the shredded chicken and ¼ cup Pesto sauce.
Spread remaining ¼ cup Pesto sauce on top half of rolls.
Add chicken mixture evenly to bottom half of rolls.
Sprinkle cheese evenly over chicken, followed by 1 tomato slice per roll.
Add the top half of rolls on top of the tomato slice to form sandwiches.
In a small bowl, combine melted butter, Parsley, and garlic salt.
Brush mixture evenly on top of rolls.
Cover pan with aluminum foil and place pan into the preheated oven (375*).
Bake for about 15-20 minutes. Remove and enjoy!
