Perfecting Bacon in the Oven
Cooking bacon in the oven creates perfectly crispy, delicious bacon. It’s also super easy, creates less mess than cooking it on the stovetop and allows you to multitask in the kitchen.

Instructions
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Place bacon in a single layer on parchment paper.
Place baking sheet into oven and allow to cook 18-20 minutes, or until desired crispness is reached.
Remove sheet from oven and transfer bacon to a paper towel to absorb excess grease.
Serve or add to favorite recipe!
