Preheat oven to 425 degrees and add the sliced strawberries and ¼ cup sugar to a bowl. Stir and place bowl into the refrigerator to chill.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the Bisquick, milk, sugar, and melted butter. Stir until just combined.
Drop the biscuit mixture onto a baking sheet, making 6 drop biscuits.
Bake in preheated oven for about 14-16 minutes, or until golden brown.
Remove from oven and cool slightly.
