Avalanche Cookies are easy no-bake treats loaded with white chocolate, peanut butter, Rice Krispies, and mini marshmallows. Perfect for holidays or anytime snacking!
Add the white chocolate chips and peanut butter to a microwave safe bowl. Heat on 30 second increments, stirring well in between, until melted.
Add the rice Krispie cereal, mini marshmallows, and half of the chocolate chips to a large bowl. Once the chocolate and peanut butter mixture have cooled, pour into the mixing bowl.
Toss everything together until the ingredients are well coated and the chocolate is evenly distributed.
Add remaining chocolate chips. Drop this mixture by large spoonfuls onto a parchment lined cookie sheet.
Move the cookies to the refrigerator to chill for 1 hour. Serve and enjoy!
