linguine

olive oil

butter

garlic cloves, minced

chopped clams, chopped

cup
white wine

tablespoon
lemon juice
2
tablespoon
parsley, chopped
¾
cup
heavy cream
Salt/Pepper to taste
Parmesan, shredded (garnish)
Instructions
Cook linguine (or pasta of your choosing) according to packaged directions.
In a skillet over medium heat, add the olive oil and 1 tablespoon butter.
Add in the garlic and clams, stirring together for about 2-3 minutes.
Pour in the white wine and cook for 3 minutes, or until the sauce is reduced.
Add in remaining 1 tablespoon butter and stir until melted/incorporated.
Reduce heat to low and pour in the lemon juice.
Add in the parsley, cream, salt and pepper stirring until incorporated.
Allow mixture to simmer over low heat for about 3 minutes.
Pour pasta into a large bowl and add sauce on top. Toss to combine. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top and serve!!
