While pasta is cooking, melt the cream cheese, water, and milk together in a pan over medium heat.

Add in the chicken, cooked pasta, and canned jalapenos.
Pour mixture into a 9 x 13 baking pan.

Notes
Yes, you will notice both fresh and canned jalapeno. I have found that the canned version adds a bit more flavor, but if you prefer fresh, add one fresh into the casserole and one diced on top!
