Ingredients

sugar

cup
vegetable oil

tablespoon
sour cream

eggs

teaspoon
baking soda

bananas, mashed

flour
*all purpose

cup
nuts, chopped *optional
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Grease a large loaf pan, 4-5 mini loaf pans, or muffins trays.
In a medium bowl, combine all the ingredients and pour batter evenly into prepared pan(s).
Place pan(s) into oven and bake 40-45 minutes for mini loaves, 60-70 minutes if large loaf, and 25-30 minutes if muffins.
Remove from oven and allow to cool slightly before enjoying!
