These easy French Onion Pork Chops are topped with creamy French onion dip, cheddar cheese, and crispy French fried onions for a 4-ingredient dinner ready in about 45 minutes.
Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 350°F. Arrange the pork chops in a single layer in a 9x13-inch baking dish.
Add French onion dip: Spread the French onion dip evenly over the top of each pork chop.
Add toppings: Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the pork chops, followed by the French fried onions.
Bake: Bake uncovered for 35-45 minutes, or until the pork chops reach an internal temperature of 145°F when checked with a meat thermometer at the thickest part of the chop. Let rest for 3 minutes before serving.
Notes
Pork chop thickness will affect cooking time. Begin checking thinner chops around the 35-minute mark.
Bone-in pork chops can also be used but may need additional baking time.
If the French fried onions become too golden brown before the pork is done, loosely cover the baking dish with foil.
For the best results, use a meat thermometer rather than relying on cooking time alone.
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
