Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees and grease an 8x8 baking pan. Set aside.
In a medium mixing bowl, combine the Bisquick, milk, egg, and sugar mixing until just combined.
In a separate bowl, combine the Bisquick, brown sugar, cinnamon, and cold butter using a pastry blender until crumbly mixture forms.
Pour cake batter into prepared pan and top with the crumbly streusel.
Place pan in preheated oven and bake 25-30 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean when inserted in center of cake.
Remove from oven and serve warm, or allow to fully cool. Enjoy!
