Easy Apple Cobbler with Bisquick
This easy Bisquick Apple Cobbler is a warm, comforting dessert made with apple pie filling, Bisquick mix, and a buttery golden topping—perfect with ice cream.

apple pie filling
20 oz cans

Bisquick
regular or gluten free
½
cup
sugar
or half white/half light brown sugar
1
cup
butter
melted
½
cup
pecans
chopped, optional
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease a bundt pan or 8x8 baking dish.
Spread apple pie filling evenly in the prepared pan.
Sprinkle Bisquick mix evenly over the apples.
Add sugar on top of Bisquick layer.
Pour melted butter evenly over the top.
Sprinkle with pecans, if using.
Bake 40–45 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
Serve warm with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
Notes
For a gluten free Bisquick apple cobbler, simply use gluten free Bisquick mix and check your pie filling label.
Try fresh apples (like Granny Smith or Honeycrisp) instead of pie filling for a more old fashioned apple cobbler flavor.
Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 2 days and reheat before serving.
This recipe also works with other pie fillings—try peach or blueberry for delicious variations!
