This Crockpot Frito Chili Pie is an easy slow cooker dinner made with lean ground beef, chili beans, tomatoes, and seasonings, then served over crunchy Fritos corn chips with your favorite toppings.

lean ground beef

onion

chili beans

tomato sauce

Rotel

taco seasoning

Fritos corn chips
Desired toppings
Instructions
In a skillet, brown the ground beef and onion together until the beef is no longer pink. Drain any excess grease.
Stir in the taco seasoning and water. Simmer for 3-5 minutes.
Add the chili beans, tomato sauce, and Rotel to your slow cooker.
Add the ground beef mixture and stir to combine.
Cover and cook on high for 3-4 hours or low for 5-6 hours.
Spoon the chili over Fritos corn chips in individual bowls.
Add your favorite toppings and serve.
Notes
I recommend using lean ground beef to reduce excess grease.
If you can't find chili beans, substitute red kidney beans.
Add the Fritos corn chips just before serving so they stay crunchy.
