sweet potatoes, peeled and diced

butter

honey

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine all the ingredients together in a cast iron skillet.
Toss to coat thorougly and place skillet into preheated oven.
Cook for about 20 minutes, or until tender.
Remove from oven, stir, and serve!
