fresh or frozen green beans (thawed and patted dry if frozen)
salt/pepper

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper for easy cleanup.
Trim green beans. Blanch in salted boiling water for 2–3 minutes, then transfer to ice water. Drain and pat dry.
Season green beans with salt, pepper, and brown sugar (about 1-2 tbsp) if using.
Cut each bacon slice in half. Gather 8–10 green beans into a bundle and wrap with bacon, placing seam-side down on the baking sheet.
Gather about 8-10 green beans and roll them into the bacon.
Place the bundle seam side down onto prepared cookie sheet. Repeat until all bacon and green beans are used.
Sprinkle a bit of brown sugar on top of the wrapped bundles if desired.
Bake for 15–20 minutes, until the bacon is crisp and green beans are tender.
Remove from oven and serve!
Notes
Tips
:
Best with fresh or French green beans for the prettiest presentation.
Prepare ahead of time by assembling bundles up to 48 hours before baking.
Try maple or jalapeño bacon for extra flavor.
Reheat leftovers in the air fryer or oven for best texture.
