This Back to School Casserole is quick to prepare, packed with flavor, and family approved! Pasta, chicken, veggies, and seasoning combined into a dish everyone will love!
3cupscooked pasta (I use Rotini, but use whatever you have on hand)
20oz.cream of chicken soup
½cupchicken broth
1cupmilk
6ozFrench fried onions
2cupsmixed veggies*I used frozen
2tablespoongarlic powder
1teaspoonseasoning salt
1cupcheddar cheese, shredded
Instructions
Grease a 9x13 baking pan.
In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, cooked pasta, cream of chicken soup, broth, milk, ½ container of fried onions, veggies, garlic, seasoning salt, and ½ cup cheddar cheese.
Spread mixture into prepared baking dish.
Sprinkle remaining cheddar cheese on top and cover pan with foil.
Place in preheated oven, 350 degrees, and bake for 25 minutes.
Remove foil and sprinkle remaining container of fried onions evenly on top.
