Glaze:

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease an 8-inch springform pan or line with parchment paper.
Crumb Topping:
Mix flour, sugars, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Stir in melted butter and vanilla until crumbly.
Cake Batter:
Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add egg, vanilla, and sour cream. Stir in dry ingredients until just combined.
Layer Cake:
Spread half the batter in pan. Add apple chunks and half the crumb topping. Repeat with remaining batter and topping.
Bake 40–50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Glaze:
Whisk powdered sugar and apple cider; drizzle over warm cake before serving.
