Fudgy Double Chocolate Muffins

Preheat oven to 350 F and grease or line a muffin tray with paper liners.
In a medium bowl, combine the butter, white sugar, and brown sugar. Beat with a mixer until smooth.
Add in the vanilla, eggs, salt, baking soda, and baking powder. Mix until just combined.
Slowly add in the cocoa powder and mix until combined.
Add in the flour and sour cream, mixing until just combined.
Fold in the chocolate chips, leave a few out for the top of the muffins.
Pour batter about 3/4 full into prepared muffin tray. Sprinkle a few extra chocolate chips on top and stick muffin tray in oven.
Bake for 17-20 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean when inserted in center of muffin.
Remove from oven and allow to cool 3-5 minutes before removing from tray and enjoying!
