Parmesan Baked Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 6 boneless pork chops enough for about 6 pork chops
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 cup Italian bread crumbs
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  • In a separate shallow bowl, combine the parmesan cheese, regular bread crumbs, black pepper, and garlic powder to create your crispy parmesan crust mixture.
  • Now take your pork chops and rub olive oil on both sides of each chop
  • Place each pork chop into the breadcrumb mixture and coat both sides thoroughly.
  • Line a cookie sheet with aluminum foil or tin foil and spray with cooking spray. This is the best way to ensure these flavorful pork chops don't stick to the pan!
  • Place pork chops in a single layer on a lined baking pan.
  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees, then once ready place the pork chop pan on the baking rack, and cook for about 45-60 minutes depending on the thickness of the meat. The thinner the pork chop, the less time you'd need to cook. Just keep an eye on that perfect golden brown color.
  • Lastly, serve and enjoy the delicious flavor of these juicy pork chops!
